This kit contains everything necessary to perform an ELISA, with the exception of stop solution. Not recommended for use with bovine targets, as it contains BSA in its blocking and dilution buffers.

Applications

Prepared Tris buffered saline with 1% BSA, pH 8.0, is suitable for use as a postcoat solution in ELISA.

Prepared Tris buffered saline with 1% BSA, pH 8.0, plus 0.05% Tween 20 (0.5 ml of 10% Tween 20 per 100 ml of postcoat) is suitable for use as sample and conjugate diluent.

Prepared Tris buffered saline with Tween 20, pH 8.0, is suitable for use as a wash solution in ELISA. Prepared carbonate-bicarbonate buffer is suitable for use in protein coating procedures on multiwall plates. 10% Tween 20 is suitable for use in ELISA wash buffers and diluents. ELISA Stop Solution is suitable to stop the TMB enzyme substrate reaction in ELISA.
