Purified Rabbit IgG
Product Details
Specifications
Protein concentration was determined using Beer’s Law where 1mg/mL IgG has an A280 of 1.4.
By immunoelectrophoresis the IgG was shown to 1) react with antiserum specific for rabbit IgG, 2) not react with antiserum specific for IgA or IgM, and 3) produce a single precipitin arc with antiserum against rabbit serum identical to that produced with anti-IgG antisera. Purified normal rabbit IgG is isolated using fractionation and DEAE chromatography.
